while slowly breaking the mold

Looking out from the confines of this shell

desperate for a way out

Will that day ever come?
When they look at me with no judgement in their eyes.
I yearn to break away from it all
but still afraid to let go

and led the way
I saw the brightness of the sun once again
New beginnings we've shared
A new life we began to mold
