Deceiving at first look
with his frame burly and large
He will stalk about aimlessly
as if he was in charge
But with a single sentence
that escapes his lips
You will soon acknowledge
that he is lacking ant wit
His conversations will bring laughter
to anyone within earshot.
especially when picking up the ladies
a smooth talker he is clearly not.
With a protein shake in one hand
and a whole avocado in the other
asking permission to sit next to you at lunch
he will not even bother.
But he will talk and talk
about nothing of any importance
and leaves your mind wondering
why anyone would bother to give him a chance.
Perhaps they’ve seen his photos
featuring him in all his grandeur
and no undershirt giving a sneak peak
for all to see as he saunters
On developing his abs and biceps
clearly all his efforts were spent
Since there is obviously nothing
going on within his giant head.
Snide remarks seem to be his forte
when speaking to someone he fancies
Perhaps it is the wide-eyed look of disgust
that he finds to be really sexy
Having no shy bone in his body
he will recount his endeavors
of the woman who serves as his bank roll
and how he, for now, belongs to her
Still no shame in his tones
when recalling their recent spats.
But she may have a few screws loose
since she always takes him back.
The dynamics of such relationships
all of us will continue to wonder about
This affair is parasitic in nature
with this there is no doubt.
As our everyday dunst and jester
he still he serves his purpose here
Since you cannot help but laugh at him
for any of his comments you may hear.
